2. Return Process

  3. Return Authorization & Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to send the product back to us. Please do not send back your item without an authorized RA number.

  4. Receiving & Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above conditions. Only after a successful inspection will we process your refund or cancellation.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellations: If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, you may cancel it immediately by contacting our Customer Support. A full refund (including any charges applicable) will then be issued to your original payment method.

  • Post-Shipment Requests: If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return process detailed above. Once we receive and verify the return, your refund will be processed.
